Observation

-1(b)(c)- On a separate occasion, there is sufficient evidence to suggest that same lead-teacher used inappropriate discipline and used hostile interaction when positioningg child on chair. -3 (a)- Child was left crying alone inside the room, with closed doors, without appropriate level of supervision. -4(a)(b)- The lead-teacher did not consider the child's emotional and behavioral difficulties or ability to understand emotions when leeaving child in the closed room. Dispute Description: -1 (b) (c) I would like to dispute this incident because I do not have sufficient evidence of when such action took place. Date, time, directors in attendance, teachers in attendance, children in attendance. Reporting of such incident to director. -3 (a) Child was removed from the classroom to a less stimulating environment. The teacher had to consider the safety of the other children in her class per WAC 110-300-0331 (5) Teacher then supervised through the classroom window where she could visually have eyes on child and the rest of her class. Once child regained control of herself it was communicated to the child the reasoning for the separation. Child was then welcomed back to class. -4 (a) (b) The lead teacher did consider the child’s emotional & behavioral difficulties. Knowing that when the child reaches a certain point it becomes a safety issue for the child and peers in the class. ?? "No observation provided."
